The Philippine rail infrastructure continues to progress under the “Build Better More” program of the Marcos Administration. While both the government and contractors face delays due to right-of-way (ROW) challenges, we remain optimistic that these issues will soon be resolved, allowing critical projects to move forward.

The recent approval of the new Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Code has provided much-needed clarity and encouragement for private investors who have submitted proposals to support the government’s infrastructure initiatives.
